On this Quicksilver Outer Reef Cruise that departs from Port Douglas you will be able to explore the very edge of Australia's continental shelf, Agincourt Reef, a magnificent ribbon reef with incredible coral and marine life. The reef provides a sheltered anchorage for the Quicksilver vessel and the ideal spot for guests to snorkel, dive or stay dry in the semi submersible coral viewing vessel. You can also watch the fish feeding from Quicksilver's unique underwater viewing platform and underwater observatory.
Quicksilver operates two very powerful high speed Wavepiercer catamarans which slice through rather than riding over the waves. These vessels are extremely comfortable and stable whilst travelling at high speeds. They cover the 78 kilometres from Port Douglas to the Agincourt reef in just 90 minutes at speeds approaching 30 knots.
